Design Studio Procedure

We ask that you visit our showroom and see our product. At that time, we will set you up with an appointment for an initial consultation.

This can be done one of two ways:

1. Bring your room measurements to us. We will discuss floor plan, cabinet line, door style, wood, countertops and finish options.

2. Have us do a site visit. This includes a member from our team going to your home to do measurements and discuss the renovation on site. There is a $150.00 fee for this option and the payment will be applied to your cabinet purchase.

Meet with our designer to view and discuss layout options that have been rendered for your renovation. At this point you probably have been emailed our renditions and have likes and dislikes and we would go over them all with you. Selections are made so an itemized quote can be given to you.

You and our designer will look over and discuss a preliminary price quote and decide whether to proceed with your project. At this time a retainer fee will be required to proceed with the actual working drawings or if additional designs are needed. The retainer fee is determined by individual job and will be applied to the cost of the overall job should the job be completed by CKB. With payment of the retainer fee you will be able to take copies of the floor plans with you. All drawings and specs are property of Competition Kitchens and Baths.
